BYC Recommended Programs

BYC offers programs in the Spring and Fall, but for players looking for opportunities to play all year round, below are some clinics, camps and tournaments we recommend for Summer 2023.

Keiki Klub Sports

This summer Keiki Klub will be offering the following programs:
1. Outdoor summer camp (grades 4-9) based on '23-'24 SY

2. 30/30 volleyball clinics (30m skill/30m play) for grades 1-9

3. Outdoor scrimmages (grades 7-9) intermediate level and above

4. Indoor scrimmages at Rustin (grades 7-9 intermediate level and above)

Royal Legends Summer Camps

June 27th - 30th @ Rustin High School

6-7:30pm 13U-14U
7:30-9pm 15U-17U

What to expect: Strength Training, Defense, Offense, and more emphases of the techniques.

Defense: Passing, Digging, Blocking, Footworks, and Reading.
Offense: Attack and Footwork, Serving, Tipping, Roll Shots, Down Ball etc.
Strength Training: Core, Agility, Upper, and Lower Body.
